Refund Policy

1. Trial License

As soon as you register with a Preview plan, we provide you with a functional AppMySite license for free. As part of this plan, we grant you sufficient access to test AppMySite and get to know our product well before you make your decision about a paid plan. During this free trial period, a credit card is not required.

2. Paid subscription

Once you decide to subscribe, you are required to select a plan based on your requirements and provide your billing and payment details. You are not required to do this unless you are certain that our product suits your needs. This policy is applicable to all customers, who are responsible for all charges they incur as part of their subscription.

3. Cancelling the license

You can downgrade to a free plan at any time from within your account. After downgrading, your paid app will stop working at the end of your billing cycle. You can additionally delete your Apps, Workspaces, and Account to avoid resubscribing accidentally, and to avoid unexpected future charges.

4. Refunds

The subscription fee for your AppMySite plan is non-refundable. If you downgrade in the middle of your billing cycle, your app will continue to work until the end of the billing period.
