AppMySite now enables you to chat with your app users with your preferred chat software. Simply connect the chat software in your website to the app to chat with your users directly.
AppMySite supports a number of prominent chat software platforms. In case your chat software is not currently supported, you also have the option of entering your chat URL or script.
The following steps provide an overview of how to connect chat software to your app:
- Navigate to the Chat screen in your AppMySite account.
- Enable the toggle next to the chat software you wish to enable. Currently, AppMySite supports Zendesk, Tawk.to, Intercom, and LiveChat.
- There’s also an option to enter your chat URL and chat script if your software is not currently available.
- Enter your chat software credentials and click on Save.
